Hi there! Welcome to my website. I’m Bethany Thomas.

I’ve been writing since I could put sentences together on paper. Writing has always been a stress reliever for me, and a way to escape from reality into something so much better. I love writing so much, that I got my BA in Creative Writing.

But I have a confession: I’m kind of bad at making the time to write.

I started this blog to write about my passions – fitness, nutrition, self-care, mental health. But I also want to write about every day life – my new venture into motherhood, marriage, family.

So, why should you care?

Well, I care about helping people. If I post a recipe that helps you meal prep and feel better about your week, that will make me happier than ever.

If you want to know how I went from 150 pounds to 125 pounds without me trying to get you to sign up for the latest program I’m doing, I’m your girl. I genuinely want to help you feel better. I can give you tricks to help without you having to spend money.

In all honesty – I just want to be there. I want to be your friend if you need one. I want you to read what I write, and hopefully relate and gain something from it. Above all, I want you to know you aren’t alone in life.

Okay, so who the hell am I?

I am a first time, soon-to-be Mama. I have 3 furbabies. I got married at 19, and am still happily with my man. I’ve always hated fitness, but now it’s a huge part of my life. I love experimenting with cooking. My family is the most important thing to me. I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder and Depression when I was 17. I’m a Florida girl, and love my home state. I’m also a huge movie nerd.
